Your Second Chance Life

second chanceI am living my second chance life. In 2005, I had a heart attack. It could have killed me, but it didn’t. And now I’m living my second chance life. Many of you are also living a second chance life. You had a life threatening event. It could have killed you. But it didn’t.

For some of you, you aren’t exactly living a second chance life, but you are in the second half of your life. It’s a little different but the questions end up being the same because in a way, you too are living your second chance life.

What do you want to do with your second chance life?

Should it just be back to business as usual? Is it good enough to go through the motions every week and do what your supposed to? Is it good enough to just get by and exist? Maybe you’re reaching for some level of success, but you know that it’s hollow. Maybe your impact on the world is pretty small. Is that truly living?

I don’t know about you, but I want my second chance life to be full of mistakes, and goof-ups because they’re followed by victories. In my second chance life, I want to get “people all over me” because this is often followed by transformation. I want to be blamed and criticized because that means I’m stepping out of my comfort zone, taking risks, and putting myself out there to make a difference. I want my second chance life to be about blossoming people because that is the highest expression of love that I can offer. I get to love people really well and make my life matter all at the same time.

What about you? In your second chance life, what do you want to do with the precious time that you have left? Are you like me and want to increase your life’s impact? If so, contact us (https://simplygreatlives.com/contact/). We’d love to support you.
